is a faculty member at the Porter school of the Environment and Earth Sciences at Tel
Aviv University. He is an environmental scientist studying food systems in the context of nutrition,
environment and food policies. He is the co-founder and chair of the Israeli Forum for Sustainable
Nutrition, a non-profit organization that focuses on implementing a sustainable food system in Israel.
