obtained his degree from the Hebrew University. He is the founder of PhenoRoot, a
startup with a mission to develop field-diagnostic technology, aimed at advancing root-
focused crop breeding and facilitating agricultural research.Aviv University. He is an environmental scientist studying food systems in the context of nutrition,
environment and food policies. He is the co-founder and chair of the Israeli Forum for Sustainable
Nutrition, a non-profit organization that focuses on implementing a sustainable food system in Israel.
