During the last 40 years I am the biologist of “Dan Fish Farms” one of the largest fish
producing companies in Israel, and Caviar Galilee, the only sturgeon farm in Israel. I am
responsible for research and development in the farms, fish health, reproduction,
nutrition, introduction of new species atc.
